Innovative pocket mounting brackets stay hidden and slide out for room-side installation in remodeling projects and for time-saving installation in new construction projects, offering a solution where space is at a premium. The vent fan comes with adjustable high-speed options of 80 CFM or 110 CFM, suitable for spaces ranging from 80-110 sq. ft. Additional options include adjustable high and/or low speeds, a dimmable LED light, and a motion and/or adjustable humidity sensor. The Ceiling Radiation Damper and Designer Grille are available separately. The product is UL listed for ceiling mount only.
